1. Fionn has simply left-clicked and begun to drag the mouse over the units in this platoon thus selecting them.

 

 

 

2. After drawing the box across all units they are now all selected and ready to be given an order. They are also outlined in a blue box.

 

 

 

 3. Fionn selects the platoon leader and gives him a Fast move order to the scattered trees ahead but hasn't clicked the left mouse button to confirm the order yet.

 

 

 

4. Fionn left clicks and as you can see all units now have orders to move to the scattered trees in the formation they are currently in. Note that the mortar crew doesn't move FAST to the trees but instead moves at a walking pace.
